The New 'Do.

April 18, 2010
So, I'm sure all of us who follow Matt on twitter have seen his new haircut by now. But for those of you who don't, he's got a new 'do! It's short again, and faintly reminiscent of his modeling days. I loved his hair back then, so I've been totally thrilled. For those of you that are fans of seasons 2-3, you should be thrilled too!
But not everything I've heard is positive. There is quite a group of people out there who really liked his hair long and greasy, and they're pretty disappointed. But it's not that he looks bad either way... it's just, to either perspective, he looks less good. But, other than debates about whether he should grow it or keep it like that, there's one thing I'm looking forward to now. Morgan ruffling Reid's hair. I'm sure there will be a surge of fangirl (and a few fanboy) Morgan/Reid slash, slash I will dutifully not read, but I do want to see it. It will be like the old seasons, with more "brotherly" moments between the two.
So what do you think? Like the new 'do? Want the old one back? Look and decide: http://yfrog.com/jp3ssj

Mosley Lane

February 11, 2010
Set the date! Everyone mark your Calendars for May 3, which is the airing of "Mosley Lane", directed by our awesome Matthew Gray Gubler, and starring "Bud Cort, Beth Grant, Annie Cusack, Brook Smith, Toby Huss and 3 of the most talented, as of yet unknown, child actors in the world," according to Matt's Twitter account. Hearing this makes me... pretty excited. Because if Matthew thinks these kids are awesome, I can't wait to see them! I wish I were young enough to be one of them, even, if I w...

Super Bowl!

February 8, 2010
Every year, it comes... Chips, dip, and endless screaming teenagers holding soda. Yeah, the Super Bowl at my house. But this year, it was so much better. Why? Well, in the Criminal Minds ad, Reid is the only one who didn't have writing on his face. Because we love his mug too much, and what bad thing (hate, greed, lust) could you pin on him? Also, Doritos won. That's right, I follow the ads. My only disappointment was the non-appearance of FedEx. So while you mourn your loss or celebrate your...

Parasite

February 6, 2010
Now, after waiting an extra week, I must admit I was a little disappointed. The episode had a great storyline, but something about it was just... weak. I'm sorry, but that's just how I feel about it. The con artist idea was great, I love how his degeneration was portrayed, but they focused more on the UnSub, and not on the team. So maybe I'm biased because I love the team, but I wish there had been more of the case, and not the killer. Don't get me wrong, I loved the killer. I just think they...

It's No Small World

February 3, 2010
Today I received my first welcome into the World Wide Web, which is beyond encouraging for me. I have Criminal Minds Creations, who's link is HERE, and they are great artists. Mira and Lanna have some very creative Criminal Minds images, and not just for Reid (although I'm promoting him). You should check their website, which is pretty awesome. Hopefully, some of my own images will be appearing there.
But in the meantime, I'm excited for tomorrow's episode. But who wouldn't be? We've got an aw...

Just Another Average Fan...

January 29, 2010
Welcome, MGG addicts, or the few that have found my site. As the title of my blog suggests, I am just another average fan. And one day, watching TV, I stumbled across a show I'd seen once before, as a kid. Does anyone remember the episode "Demonology"? I'd seen that once, a few years ago, and it scared the snot out of me... for lack of a better term. So why was I suddenly drawn to Criminal Minds again? It must have been fate. But sure enough, there I was watching the very end of "The Ange...
